Below is a list of terms and conditions for our sales:

TAXES: Sales tax will be collected for all taxable items purchased. Purchases by dealer for re-sale will be required to execute a Certificate of Resale for all purchases. This Certificate must bear your Sales Tax Permit Number. Failure to furnish this information will require payment of sales tax on all purchases.


REGISTRATION NOTICE: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder.


PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Payment in full day of sale. Cash, Check/Cashiers checks accepted. Personal/Company check accompanied by current irrevocable non-transferable bank letter of guarantee. NO EXCEPTIONS. All checks will be made payable to Kevin Kelley Auctions, LLC. No bank drafts accepted.
